Therapeutic Exercise for Neurological Conditions
who we help
We offer training for the follow conditions:
Parkinson’s disease
Dementia
Stroke recovery
Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS)
how it works
Most of us need ongoing training after physical therapy ends: that’s where we come in. We’ll coordinate with your therapists for an easy transition, keep you consistent with your home exercise, and help you continue to improve.
Re-training your brain in order to regain your ability can be equal parts challenging, frustrating, exhilarating and magical! We’ll help you stay motivated when you need a boost, progress your training as you improve, and help you feel your best.
why it’s fun
Consistency is SO important when it comes to re-training your brain, so we make your workouts fun so you’ll keep wanting to do them!
Plus fun is a powerful tool: it strengthens your immune system, boosts your mood, diminishes pain, and can reduce the effects of stress (and stress-induced neurological symptoms). Research shows that having fun while learning avails unique cognitive resources, strengthens and broadens memory networks, and toggles abstract thinking and focused attention - in short, fun helps your brain AND your body!
We are experienced fitness pros with a deep passion for neurological training.
“No two bodies are exactly alike, but ALL bodies are amazing. Our workouts should support our individual needs and abilities, and set us up for our very best life.”
